Plans Overview

Bessanora offers three plans to fit stores of every size:

How Credits Work

Credits are the currency for AI-generated gift messages:

• 1 credit = 1 AI-generated message — Each time a customer clicks “Inspire Me” and receives an AI-generated message, one credit is used
• Templates are always free — Messages served from your template library never use credits
• Credits reset monthly — At the start of each billing cycle, your credits are replenished
• Unused credits don’t roll over — Use them or lose them each month

Templates Are Always Free

This is worth emphasizing: template-based messages cost zero credits. If you build a robust template library covering your most popular occasions, you can serve many customers without using any AI credits at all.

Upgrading and Downgrading

You can change your plan at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard:

• Upgrading — Takes effect immediately. You get access to additional credits right away.
• Downgrading — Takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What Happens When Credits Run Out

When your AI credits are exhausted for the month:

1. AI generation pauses — Customers won’t be able to generate new AI messages
2. Templates still work — Template-based messages continue to be served normally
3. You’ll be notified — The dashboard shows your credit status clearly
4. Upgrade anytime — Switch to a higher plan to get more credits immediately

Billing Cycle

All billing is handled through Shopify’s built-in billing system:

• Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice
• No separate payment method needed
• Shopify accepts all major credit cards and payment methods available in your region
• You can view your billing history in the Shopify admin under Settings → Billing

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Go to Billing in your Bessanora dashboard
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period

Alternatively, simply uninstall the app from your Shopify admin to stop all charges immediately.
